There used to be a place in Waterford called Head Rush (its almost directly opposite Wacky Shoes) which did hair extensions, - does anyone know of it is still open?? Ive tried to call it a few times today and it is giving an engaged tone everytime.. Im now wondering are they still in business, as Ill be in Waterford next week andf Id like to get extensions in while Im there...
