Did anyone invest in Cape Verde through Flash Developments?

I am looking for investors who bought property in Cape Verde, in the Palm View Resort, that was sold by Flash Developments. Some investors are starting legal action and have taken on board Dublin legal firm Anthony Joyce & Co. Please DM for details.
