I have an idea in mind of the design of the jumpers that I would like to sell.
However, as I am not a fashion designer I would like to get input from people with experience in this field.

Has anyone on ‘boards’ designed clothes for retail before?

Once I have the design finalised – I need to get the Jumpers manufactured!
One possibility is to go to The Middle East or Asia with the design template – however, if at all possible, I would like to give the business to an Irish company. Is anyone aware of Irish clothes manufacturing companies?

I’m really starting from scratch here – so any information / advice would be greatly appreciated.

So i found a nice cotten top that had a really cool tiger face on it , the only problem is they had to make it with these really tacky diamonte stickers along the shoudlers of it , i tried to just manually remove it by soaking it in warm water and then tweezing each plastic diamond that was obviously glued on pretty well out but , that stuff is stuck pretty hard on it , can anyone suggest a method were i can easily remove them without damaging the material?

I'm looking to buy a gift for a friend who is rather creative and she does a lot of sewing, clothes making, alterations that sort of thing.
i would like to purchase a rather big sewing kit packed with all the bells and whistles (well treads & Buttons)
