I am wondering if there is a surgical procedure in Ireland which minimizes the size of the forehead by lowering the hairline.. The procedure is quite famous in USA, see here: http://www.draharonov.com/foreheadreduction.html.

There are numerous clinics for hair RESTORATION in Ireland but none of these mention hair grafting for people with a high forehead. Just wondering if anyone has had this procedure or would know where to have a look at least?
