Skerries do a Traditional Weekend. It's only a Friday-Sunday affair but it's quite good and goes from strength to strength every year. Unfortunately the 2016 festival was May 13-15 just gone.

You just missed the Baltimore Fiddle Festival - not exactly like Willy Week but... Then there's Glencolmcille Fiddle Festival in August, a really good old-timey affair with loads of free music in the pubs.

Willie Week is the first of a package three, ever-so-conveniently always timed to cover three consecutive weeks to cater for the needs of our overseas visitors.

Second and third are South Sligo in Tubbercurry, and then Joe Mooney in Drumshamboo.

    There's a pretty long list here: http://anythingbutjigsandreels.blogspot.de/2016/04/irish-traditional-music-summer-and.html

The Joe Mooney in Drumshambo was always my favorite of the three.

Poor 'oul Drumshanbo. The most misspelled town in Ireland. Even the blogger got it wrong.

Colm Gannon's Summer Music School in August in Spiddal, Galway is one of the best around. Top Class.

+1 for Drumshanbo. It's not as crazy as Willie Week, has far fewer skangers hanging around, but still has sessions every day/night in all the pubs in town.
