Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I'll be logging my LOI bets here this year, I made a nice profit last season and posted some of those bets on the tips and daily thread, partly down to Gave too so will be talking to him most weeks before picks too.

    Wanted to keep a log this year as I'll be adding a spreadsheet to track also, anyways will post midweek maybe.

    I was thinking of doing one but I think I will follow this with interest instead.
    Made profit on the loi last year aswell, mostly in play though.

    1st bet of the season here and it's an early one as I fear the odds may drop a bit further based on the Cork - Dundalk Presidents cup final yesterday ( Cork winning 2 - 0).

    Cork will be very strong at home again this season, they've added a number of Key players including Greg Bolger who played yesterday in probably a motm performance, it looks like he will be key in Cork's title challenge this year. I'll edit and add to this thread later in the week when I getter a better feel for line ups, but I reckon City will cover the -1.5 more times than the odds suggest against Bohs.

    Can't edit my above post, must be a time limit.

    It's too hard to predict the City line up tonight, too many new faces in with a chance of starting after last weekends great display, Will be at the game by the time team is out.

    Considering that, I'm still happy with the above selection, I feel Beattie, Sheppard and Bolger need to start, it's probably a toss up between Marky or Maguire up front, I'm guessing Caulfield will go with the strength of Marky thou, and that may be a mistake, time will tell.

    Yep, 5 home wins in the Prem tonight.

    No bets for me this weekend, yesterday looked a bit of a minefield although Wexford Youths have been looking promising lately, they will be on the radar going forward.

    Quite fancy Limerick -1.5 today, but odds at 1.7 are too short for me.

    Backing against Youths here, I do like the way the play with no fear but they rely on poor defences to score goals. Cork by far the best defense in the league this year and will punish Youths if they come at cork.

    Odds are nice here, this bet wins a lot more times than it loses.
