Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Snow lying this morning has rapidly vanished the past hour; currently still cover above about 250m but with wind, sunshine and a rapidly rising temperature (3.8C now) the snow's goose is cooked below probably 700m.

    Was asleep when it fell; lowest temp was +0.8C :(

    3.6mm in the rain/snow since midnight. Sunny now.

    Temp reached 6.1C in a strong breeze, only bits and pieces of snow remaining; still with two days out of four, March has been snowier here than Nov/Dec/Jan combined - and equal to the entire Winter!

    Bright sunny cold day here near Tralee. Got up to 8.9C but you wouldent stay out long in the NNW wind without a warm jacket and hat.

    4C atm and wind has lightened
