New thread in preparation for all of 2015's fabulous trees!! :)

    The three tree rules:
    • Do not quote pics!
    • Images must be under 800 pixels wide and try to embed. Imgur.com is nice easy to use.
    • Minimum relevant discussion is okay, but "nice tree" type posts will just be deleted.

    Tree Archive
All this forum's beautiful trees from previous years to inspire you:

    2009
    2010
    2011
    2012
    2013
    2014

At the end of this year we will merge 2015's trees back in with the giant tree megathread. This way we keep all our old Christmas trees in the same place. :)

Feeling the presure. I had a monster tree up this year but due to the new houses normal ceiling height I am stuck buying a 7ft'er.

Hey guys just a reminder of the OP.
[*]Minimum relevant discussion is okay, but "nice tree" type posts will just be deleted.

If you like a tree just thank the post rather than posting. I had to delete some nice tree posts. It makes it easier for us to snoop on all your trees if there's no chat interrupting the pics.

The finished product (see the wonky bottom branches where the toddler has already attacked :pac: ) plus the glass bowls of led lights and baubles I put in the kitchen.

I'm not allowed put the tree up until next week :( so I put this up while she was at work. She keeps plugging it out and I keep switching it on again!

It needs a bit more work, and some straightening up, but it's up!

Ah lads the tree broke my heart putting it up. First it was wayyy too big for the normal spot we put it in. Then the homestore lights didn't work so we had to head there and get them replaced. But now that it's up I love it. It was all worth it.

I have to attach the photos as they wont embed without going either really small or upside down.

Where'd you get the tinsel that's going around the double doors? Green tinsel can be hard to find, non shiny green tinsel is even harder :D

Musgraves 3.99 + vat for 6 foot length! I normally hate tinsel but this actually doesn't look or feel like tinsel at all and it's more flexible than a garland :)
