I'm trying to read through the 50-odd pages of the starting in GV thread, but can't see any answer to the following, so does anyone know if now that the intake numbers are lessened we still share a room?

I've travelled around in hostels etc so have no issue sharing, but obviously for study etc would appreciate my own space.

I was say that you probably will have to share buddy unless there's an uneven number of recruits. It's probably done to emphasise team working and a buddy buddy system similar to the armed forces where you help each other out and check each other over before inspections and parades and the like. I snore so God help the poor fecked that has to share with me if I get in! Lol

You'll have to buddy up I'm afraid. Even though the rooms were originally designed for single occupancy only, you'll need a very good reason to have a room to yourself.

Oh well.. at least they all have an en-suite sink.

Yes ladies, we did guys do.

Ok thanks for clarifying. At least it's someone near by to ask questions of.

I'll go to the gym most of my free time that I'm not studying anyway.

Try and find a happy balance between the two though. Fitness is important in the job, but so is knowing the job itself. Now might be a good time to review your online learning if you still have access to it.

Don't think I have access to it anymore.

I believe on the call earlier it was said it would open again after the induction?

I can't really remember though, off sick today and the call awoke me out of a sweaty dizzy nap.
