Jeez i've been reading it wrong for years, I thought 30% probability was short bursts and 40% meant it changes to a TEMPO as will last for no less than half an hour and no longer than an hour at a time, it will then become a BECMG if it will last over an hour.

What a peculiar way to list it. Thanks for informative response.

What's the difference between a tempo and a tempo with a 40% prob?

Why would I leave the fourm when there is a perfectly good ignore feature :)

Does anyone know what category of ILS southend has?

    Pretty sure it's CAT 1.

Shannon has a tempo of 100m, might be fun for the Transatlantic in the morning.

Inbound Cork now is the really delayed Ryanair from Wroclaw, which ended up operating from Poznan owing to poor wx at Wroclaw. The return will leave about 3am.

EY45 circling due to fog at DUB.

LHR is messy this morning, lots of go-arounds and holding.

Fog can be so hit and miss. Visibility at knock is 10 kilometres to the west and 200 metres to the east with a midpoint RVR of 150 meters and stop end 1500 meters

That will be some nightmare trying to get them all to the correct destination.

FR292 inbound cork, the RVR's for RWY 17 are touchdown zone 325m, which is just above limits for CAT II ILS (Limit: 300m).

Meanwhile other parts of the country are experiencing temperatures of up to 19c!
