    Just discovered this through Facebook.

Next February the 28th and 29th of February an actual horror convention is happening in The Red Cow Moran Hotel.

    Guests announced thus far include

    Kane "Jason Vorhees" Hodder
    Tony "Candyman" Todd
    Barbie "Female Cenobite" Wilde
    Nicholas "Chatterer Cenobite" Burman-Vince
Alex "Andy Barclay in Childs Play" Vincent
    Director Jessica Cameron

Id hoped that at some point we would get a horror festival / convention over here so this is fantastic news and the fact they have gotten some genre heavy weights as guests is brilliant.

Tickets go on sale on the 31st of October so Id urge anyone that's interested to get tickets early to show support to the organisers and to ensure it does go ahead.

Really looking forward to this, hoping to get a table at it. I've always hoped Dublin would get a proper horror convention.

Art prints, illustrations, a couple of paintings possibly.

Damn, Jessica Cameron! Hate her work! A horror convention sounds sweet though!

Looks like I won't be getting a table after all as they're insanely overpriced. Oh well, maybe another horror con will come to Dublin some day.

Thought they would be around that.

I wonder will all the guests be there both days.

I have some stuff I wanna get signed but if they are cute they will have the big names on separate days ie Kane Hodder on one and Tony Todd on another, hopefully not.

    Ya, it was good fun.

Got posters signed by Hodder, Todd & the 3 Cenobites. Chatted with all 5 of them, all really friendly, particularly Nicholas Vince (Chatterer cenobite) and Tony Todd.

Good turn out at it so hopefully it becomes an annual thing.
