I know they're just a guide, but I have my current team up to 315.21 points on the FF Scout projections for the first 6 weeks. That's the highest I've managed to get it in the two years (and many, many drafted teams) I've been using it. 56.23 points for GW1 which I'd be delighted with. I think I'm finally getting there after much deliberation over the last couple of weeks.

On another note, Southampton only have 2 fit CB's so unless they're going to sign one (which they will) and throw him in straight away, Yoshida at £4.5m is a cracking priced route into their defence for what should be the first couple of weeks at least. Perfect if you're going to wildcard early.

If you are making a team to do well in RMT you should be hitting 320+ I was playing around with a 433 formation and it gave me 324.69 makes it very tempting to go for! I don't pay that much attention to RMT though really its handy if you need to make a quick decision and don't have time to look into it during the season but not much else.

What side did you put out that got 320 mate? That's very impressive I don't think I've ever managed to hit 320+ on my mocks.

Completely agree mind it's hardly something to live by but canny if you're messing around.

Amazingly Hazard is in <11% of RMT posts on FFS! Guessing a lot of those without him will add him as we get closer can't believe almost 90% of FFS won't have him when things kick off.

How useful is RMT? It's my first season as a member and I'm currently on 304.47 and 52.55 for GW1 but I know it drops players with "rotation risk" way down

If you go 433 it looks pretty easy to get a big score it loves its defenders and Kane. RMT loves Kane.

This was the one I posted on FFS during the 451 debate:

    "Myhill/Hammer
    Ivan - Kosc - Darmian - Clyne - Yoshida
    Hazard - Mane - Henderson - Wanyama - King
    Roooney - Kane - Sakho

RMT gives 324.69 for the first 6 weeks."

If FPL gets the same player figures as last season, I would disregard what at least 2 million of them are doing. I don't think I'll pay attention to ownership until GW10 or so and then only top 10k

Are you actually a Mackem Paully? I assumed you were just an Irish Sunderland fan.

Its handy to have as a quick check I find the comparison tool a good one to go through if you have the time to compare players. If you are getting 304 then I think its definitely time to start again though! Rotation risk certainly does play a huge factor think they basically work it that if a players P90 is 6 for that match but they feel they only have a 80% chance of starting then their predicted score is 4.8 etc probably a little more to it than that but close enough.

Yep! Lived over here for a long time now but I'm a born and bred Mackem. Do you really think I'd put myself through the utter pain I do every year with Sunderland if I had a choice? :pac:

Probably due to my defence of Bellerin, Cameron, and O'Shea that they think won't start

That wouldn't help alright! It values premium defenders very highly probably find 451 gets the highest possible RMT score and no one would do that.

    What is rmt?

Its a members (paid for) tool on Fantasy Football Scout that gives you a predicted score for your players/team.

after ruining my team last 2 seasons by wildcarding after GW3 I swore I wouldn't set up my short term with an early WC in mind.
but looking at it now a combination of the new rules, copa America, tough opening fixtures for a few big teams and the probability of a few late big transfers (united for sure ) I've now come full circle and will set up without aguero, Sanchez , hazard and its looks like also a Chelsea defender !
not sure its the right way to go though
team at the moment in brief is along the lines of
    west brom goalies
    kos Shaw o Shea 4.5 4.0
    fab Walcott mata\depay mane 4.5
    rooney Costa sahko

Similar enough to my team, team selection wise.

Looks like alot of people are going for the

    Arsenal / Utd / Sunderland defenders -
Bellerin Jones PVA v Kos Shaw O Shea

Arsenal / Utd / Chelsea (Man City) midfielders -
Ozil Mata Yaya v Walcott Mata Fab

    Chelsea / Arsenal (Utd) forwards
    Costa Giroud v Costa Rooney
On doing a bit of comparison it looks like your team is 1 million over?

Anyone fancy giving this a go? Its a draft game but they take of all the hard work! The UI looks very fancy must come from an American game!

The scoring system is a bit weird, points for interceptions in the box, blocked crosses, etc.
I could be interested in a Draft game with FPL scoring

Yeh they make a big point of having a ton of things counting towards scoring hadn't really looked into it that much. There must be a site out there somewhere that has a draft system and then just scrapes points from FPL you wouldn't think it would be hard to do.

Myself and some buddies do this, but use an excel sheet to pull the scores from the site. 10 of us, 15 players each, €20 entry. Captains but no subs. Great craic during the matches as with 150 players you end up with a pretty varied team.

Yeh can always do it offline but just makes things so much handier to have the draft done by a system and have apps for managing things! Don't fancy doing all the work manually would be a bit of a pain!

If its free I might be interested :) The draft we had here last year was good fun.

I'll have a proper look at the site later but it seems slick.

Free this year guessing once they gain an audience they will look to monetise it.
