scanned some heifers on out farm and brought some of them home. The field we put them to adjoins a prick of a neighbours house, as we offloaded them his 2 dogs came into our field and were barking at the cattle, we have shot this guys dog before. I have a sheepwire fence between his place and ours and i am raging that the dogs can go where they want:mad::( on the plus side daughter is at a cookery summer camp and brought home some lovely brown bread and cookies:D

We have a North and south divide here, the south where we are is the poor mans relation, anyway the North has moved into a neighbouring Parrish which is confusing the hell out of the relief postmen and couriers. Wonder what will the post code make of that !

I was at an IFA meeting the last night and they let some lad speak about these post codes , it went down like a lead balloon. You could nearly hear everyones brain going will you get out and let the right talk start , no questions asked after so I don't think there is any interest in it at all

Until it is supported by all the Sat Nav systems, it will be of little practical use to most people.
Their mapping is interesting, it shows some of our field boundaries which are gone for twenty years.

Bad luck. Lost two this yr. One with bloat at 8 weeks was gone in 3 hours. Vet worked his ass off on him but wouldn't open him up. He was saying a week later another lad brought in a calf to him with same problem and out of paranoia he operated and just found a tangle of guts and mess he couldn't do anything with. Second lad was like yours. Got a scour and recovered but slowly went down hill and lost all his condition. Vet gave him a two rounds of different medicine but he just slipped slowly away over two weeks. Vet wouldn't charge either. Better it happening the shed than in the house. Still sickening though.

Rang knackery there and they don't do anything like a biopsy. They said they can have a look but unless it's something obvious they might end be able to tell ya much.

On the paperwork side what do I enter in the blue book? Is it animal died on farm and keep paperwork from knackery
