What's happening with Blacknight's email ?

    ..it used to be reliable. Been several long outages in the past few weeks - and today it's been inaccessible since lunchtime. Nobody answering at tech support live chat. Got work to do....

    What's gone wrong ?

    It just gets better....
    Tech support bod #1 says "[font=Verdana, sans-serif]Ill create a ticket for this and pass it on to an engineer to investigate to see if that is related"

    [font=Verdana, sans-serif]An hour and a half later - go back into Live Chat - Tech support bod #2 says 'What is the ticket ID?'
    I say - "Don't know - he didn't give me one"
    TS Bod 2 says 'Did you not receive an email from us ?'[/font]
