So the yanks (Kraft) come in and take over jacobs, end up throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

Apparently the biscuit with the jelly on it is gone.

Why would they do that?! That's the one everyone likes!

What biscuits are you talking about?

A biscuit with jelly on it sounds horrible!

The afternoon tea tin of biscuits. It's a gummy type jelly flower on a chocolate ring biscuit.

The proper way to eat those biscuits is:

Step 1 - Remove jelly from biscuit
    Step 2 - Discard jelly
    Step 3 - Eat biscuit

I think they are lovely but I'm not devastated they are gone from the selection or anything ;)

Anyway, can you not get those boxes of just jelly stars anymore - you used to be able to get them up to a few years ago anyway.

I don't think they make those boxes anymore. I love the jelly stars. I'm actually really disappointed.

Right. Well that's my christmas ruined.

It looks like the new take-over couldn't handle this craft of making it and thought it was too complex. The lazy route they took. I'm going to protest about this.

No loss, it's not like we're losing out on any chocolate.

    Blasphemy.

Exactly - we used to eat through the other biscuits with sole goal of getting to the second layer for the rest of the jelly biscuits. Loved them as kids!

I have never heard of these jelly biscuits, evidently I had some sort of deprived childhood!

Are you on about these ones?

That's jam, not jelly (unless you're American). And they were yummy so I'm definitely :(

And if you never tasted one of them, then you were deprived.
