Question about meeting tutors?

My tutor says that she is available between 2 and 4 on Tuesday, does that mean that I just drop in at any time between those hours, or do I make a specific appointment for during that timeframe? Thank you! :)

Depends on the tutor, have you been given their email address and you can send off a quick email to them inquiring?
