Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Dont think you really get one to be honest. They will take things into consideration, though ultimately its part of the job.

    I think you get to give preferences (3 as far as I know), but it's districts rather than stations. That bit in the induction handbook where you had to put in personal circumstances you wanted them to take into account was for putting in the reasons you shouldn't be posted to the other side of the country!
