Fender P bass bridge

    What chance anyone has one of these lying around?

    Current badass bridge causes action to be too high.

    You could always put a wee shim in the neck to help lower the action. It's what I did with my Jazz that has a BadAss.

    That'll do the job alright. It's a common alternative to the Badass II.

    Just out of interest, have you got the saddles filed on the Badass? If it's not setup properly (notches filed etc.) then the action will be pretty poor.

    Bought the bass 2nd hand. The bridge was on it.

    Not looking at it now but I would say that no, they're not filed.

    Just looked at a video of a bridge being filed on youtube and yeah I can see how that would make a big difference on the action. I may give it a go.
