    Strangely, I'm getting a login error on my phone but not on my PC.

    I'm able to logon to the outlook webmail as usual but I also had it rigged into my gmail- for the last week or so that has been giving me an "unable to check mail" error

    I started getting ''error cannot check emails'' on my phone today. I can check my emails no bother on my laptop.

    Anyone here ever lived in Troy Student Village? is it strict? safe? rooms nice? electric showers?

    I posted in the UL accom page but that place is pretty quiet.

    Thats what i usually do but no luck. At this rate I wont be getting access to my results!

    Ive emailed them twice and contacted the SU. Now I don't know what else to do

    Why don't you ring them? Get answers way faster that way. They normally take a ridiculous amount of time to respond to emails.

    The only number I could find for itd was an automated phone number

    No, I didn't need to contact them this semester. I just know from past experience that it's better to ring them since they have to deal with it then.

    I rang main reception an asked to get put through to ITD and she did and I was put through to someone this time.. Took my details like i sent in the email and said she'd get back to me

    What I'm trying to figure out is how they've managed to break it for some people and not for everyone. Like I said, I can access my email through a web browser on PC (IE) and Linux (Chrome) but I can't on my Android phone. Everyone else seems to be the opposite or have no access at all.

    Ring the main reception and ask to be put through to Itd. Worked for me.

    It's a problem with your phone. Definitely. Burn it and buy a new one. S'the only solution I'm afraid.
