Fabregas is a Billy Big Boots, wouldn't want him at the club. Its a bit irrational I know but 30 million and wages aside he just annoys me.

As for the two players Ayre is looking to keel haul back to Liverpool I suppose it must be Moreno and Pedro that Valencia kid the Academy are after.

Have to agree with that mike .

    From that article.
    Stuff you should know:
    • Built like a brick ****house. Super low center of gravity and incredibly strong.
    • Looks a bit like Robbie Williams from certain angles

Yeah def (as long as it didn't hinder plans to bring in more recruits) it's just a different spin on it, slightly high transfer fee, very very low wages.

It's hard to put a price on that type of quality when you're a club that can't usually expect to attract such established quality off the bat.

In his last 5 seasons in all competitions he has:

    Played: 165 (29)
    Scored: 58
    Assisted: 66

The gulf between his and Lallana's careers at similar ages is just incomparable.

The guy has played in the biggest matches in football, and like I said is one of the best players I've seen play in the league.

20m more over 5 years isn't much when you consider what we would be getting.

Anyway, if City, Chelsea or even United come in for him we would probably lose out on wages, and if Arsenal want him back he may well go there.

So I'm not expecting anything but I'd like us to try

What's with all the Talk of Fabregas?

I seem to Recall, that Arsenal have the 1st Option to Sign him back. So even with Arsenal having Millions of Midfielders themselves, I doubt they'll let us Sign him, when they have a Chance to do so.

EuropeanSon, is right though. I doubt Barca would let Cesc go, when he's the Heir-apparent to the ageing Xavi.

I thought Barca have gone on record that Cesc can leave and the buy out is £30m

£30m for Arsenal is what I've heard.

He cost them more than £30m, why would they let him go at a loss when he's one of the highest rated centre-minds in the world?

    http://www.estadiodeportivo.com/sevilla/2014/06/01/llegada-liverpool-alberto-propio-peso/24807.html
The absence in the World Alberto Moreno, out of the final list, eliminating the possibility that the lateral is revalued in the World and further elevate its cache in the window, but reality suggests that Sevilla will not do lack that extra to increase your profits on the sale of cerreño, as it has on the table an offer that exceeds the expectations of even the principal Eduardo Dato. Liverpool have not wanted to wait to gain the services of Seville and has avoided any bid with a proposed 20 million euros, which, in the first instance, added the assignment end Suso. Given the amount of the bet the Reds, Sevilla did not hesitate to sit down and negotiate with their English counterpart and show their willingness to reach an agreement. In this sense, Sevilla have ruled out the possibility of including any player in the operation, and had communicated to Liverpool will only accept cash on its left side. A glove collected by Liverpool, equally ready to reach a middle ground of understanding in conversations.

Thus, the fixed operation and would have been established in about 20 to 21 million and would be agreed by the varying objectives that could reach three, so that the amount would not be too far from the 25 million euros. I mean, that would far exceed the bar set by the Sevilla for this transaction, as there was revalued at Cerro del Águila footballer at 18 kilos. The transaction has not yet closed, since economics would be resolved, but it seems that the negotiation is at a tipping point and unless sharp turn, will Alberto Moreno at Anfield Road, which naturally appeals greatly the Seville.

So, on British soil is expected to signing lefty winger initialling next week under the harmony between Sevilla and Liverpool and the offer 'red' liked Nervion offices and, Thus, the player moves soon to the city of the 'Beatles' to pass the medical examination required for stamping the signature requirement. It should be recalled as were the times in the transfer of Luis Alberto, which after reaching a full agreement between the two institutions, it took about a week to officially announce the move from Liverpool Valls, fringed by the exchange of documents and drafting the contract. Anyway, the Seville is close to making his big sale this summer, and if nothing happens strange, it will at the beginning of June, allowing you to close soon some of its priority objectives in the summer market.

    I love google translate!

    Just spotted this bit
Given the amount of the bet the Reds, Sevilla did not hesitate to sit down and negotiate with their English counterpart and show their willingness to reach an agreement.

I'd rather offer Arsenal 30m for Ramsey than go for Fabregas.

I think next year we'll see that Ramsey's unbelievable form was just a flash in the pan, I really really don't think he can keep it up.

I think he can, tbh. He always had promise, and if injuries go his way, then I think he can play as well as he did the beginning of last season.

So much technical, and even physical, ability. I think he can perhaps even get better, tbh.

I could easily be wrong, he has had a fantastic season. He went from being Arsenal's worst player 2 years ago to best last year, that's why I'm a bit apprehensive about how he'll perform next year.

According to his lawer, Suarez has a disposition aka a horn for Madrid and it would be difficult to say no if a big offer came.

    Nothing new in that really

Ramsey is at a similar age to Henderson and he's shown how a player can really progress in leaps and bounds around that age.

To be fair, Henderson's shown the same last season

The guy who had the Lambert story first reckons
#LFC's move for Xherdan Shaqiri is picking up pace. Just received 2 interesting messages about it. Seems surplus at Bayern Munich under Pep.

I would guess that the Lallana and Shaqiri moves are not dependent on each other.

Not realistic though is it, not a hope in hell he'd sign or that Arsenal would sell, where as Fabregas he is at least seemingly on the market even if he's more than likely well out of our reach.

My point was both have gone from players we hope will come good because we can see the attributes are there to it being a genuine worry when they are unavailable in the space of 12-18 months.
Would love Ramsey in our team and think like Henderson he'll push on and be a mainstay of the Arsenal team for years.

I wonder what are the reasons behind the club seemingly losing all interest in Konoplyanka? I mean in January we had allegedly agrees terms with him only for the owner refuse to sanction the deal. Since then we seem to have completely lost interest in the player. I just presumed we would be back in for him but maybe the club feel they can do better now that they have CL football.

Their thinking there was probably to do with a push for the title and he was the best we could get without having any European involvement, but as you've said now that we've CL football we can do better.
