Liverpool seems to be the only team trying to get their business done early

Lallana, Lambert, Can and Moreno looks like it'll cost you at least €65-70 million

I think the team still needs a right back and a centre back as well, how much is Rodgers going to be allowed spend?
I see what u are trying to do putting the prices in Euro's to inflate them. All the english clubs prices are in pounds so stop with the Euro's.

    The Mirror say 22m.

Tony Barrett ‏@TonyBarretTimes 49s Liverpool's bid for Lallana has been increased to £25m. They now want the deal done quickly or will move on to other targets.

sounds like 25m will be our final offer. I doubt Southampton will accept.

Also it could be that Liverpool will buy a wide man if the Pedro angle is still alive - get Lallana, swerve Shaqiri, buy Pedro.

Spot on Mike I must say.

    But...

Lallana on its own wouldn't make sense at that price and landing Pedro is still a very long way off IMO.

    :pac: :pac:

That makes no sense, it would make some sort of sense if I left out the currency but it's plain as day to see there

I often talk in euro if the articles I'm reading give the price in euros, you can even look through my posts to see

    Tin foil hat stuff there

I dunno.. Didn't Southampton get a new owner recently? It's possibly they'll just take the money and run.

Is Pedro decent? I remember seeing him play for Barca a few years ago and I haven't heard much since. And I hate Barca so I never watch them:P

Pedro is the grease that keeps the cogs of a system running smoothly.

Will never be the stand out player but has the class and work ethic that ties the midfield and attack seamlessly.

    Scores lots of goals too.

Shaqiri is the one I'd love to see signed.

your coming into the Liverpool thread always trying to put a negative slant on things. Like yesterday saying Shaw is better going forward than Moreno which is not true at all as Shaw hasn't even scored a goal as a pro.

So Heskey is better going forward than Suarez because he has more goals in the premier league,

Your argument is totally retarded as was your first one about me inflating prices

 never said Moreno was better because of his goal tally just said Shaw hasn't even scored a pro goal. Heskey played about 10 more PL seasons that Suarez so that comparison is retarded & strange tbh. Shaw is better defensively than Moreno. But Moreno is better going forward as he is a better dribbler, crosser & has a good shot too.

25 mill is alot of coin all things considered but if its a player rodgers wants and that he thinks can push us on even more then i am happy for us to sign him.
Pedro and di maria is pie in the sky stuff too, no point saying we could have them for a bit more, its not happening.

One thing I will say about the Lallana bid, last year a lot of Liverpool supporters were desperate to sign Willian for £30 million. I think if you compare the two players, Lallana is better. Certainly in terms of his contribution in the season just gone.

Why are people replying to Rayne Wooney when it's obvious he's purposefully spouting nonsense?

Lallana isn't at the same level as Willian.

On contribution last season Lallana definitely was better.

For anyone who follows @MarkmaccaMc on twitter he just tweeted this.

@MarkmaccaMc: Anyway here we go..Lallana at 25 million will not be our dearest signing of the Summer even at 25 mill...At a guess I'd say 3rd.Night ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Surely we're not spending THAT much this summer?

I don't think it is justifiable for Southampton to pass the cost of what they will owe Bournemouth onto Liverpool.

Presumably they were able to get Lallana for cheaper off of Bournemouth by agreeing to pay them 25% of any future sale. I think Liverpool are doing the right thing by making it their final offer.

    Unless we sell Suarez......

Lallana isn't at the same level as Willian.

Both played 42 games. Lallana scored 10 goals, Willian 4. I think Lallana had more assists. Also didn't Lallana make the team of the season. All that coupled with the fact that Willian played with much better players also. Don't think theres any argument.

 i just explained why Moreno is better going forward. U must be as dumb as the real Wayne Rooney so i bolded & underlined the reason.

It's hardly a fair comparison if you just use last year, Lallana second season in the prem in a team pretty much built around him, Willian a newcomer in a Chelsea team lacking up front

I think you could get better value for 25 million but they wouldn't be English

You did it after the fact you stated, you're piling up a bunch of fails here it's hard to watch so I'll just leave it at this.

Also I bet you've watched Moreno play no more than 3 or 4 times max probably less, and you are completely wrong Shaw is better attacking and defending and I'd stand by that even if he ends up at Chelsea because it's true from what I've seen.
