Coutinho's is a brillant young player.He has great creativity & technical ability.He is also very good defensively & a good tackler too.A big game player too. I can see him being crucial in the CL next season.

Coutinho is absolute class! Give him a couple of years and we'll be spending a fortune on underpants each season cos we'll be absolutely creaming ourselves at most of his performances!

Lallana news supposed to come out tonight apparently.

Liverpool's squad needs to be bolstered significantly for the CL and the PL so hopefully significant investment happens this summer and Lallana is the first of many

30 million is ridiculous.

Rodgers knows we need about 5 players. Spending that amount on only 1 player is crazy.

I will be startled if we spend 30m on Lallana. It would be a ridiculous fee.

Can't say I'm particularly excited by some of the more strongly linked players and the prices attached to them

Obviously far to early to cast aspersions on our business but the early signs are not good in what is an absolutely crucial window and a huge opportunity for the club to drive forward

Spurs can have him for 30M. That is insane, even factoring in the English premium you have to pay.

So much talent on the continent at a 1/3 of that.

Just a snippet from the Mail about the England v Scotland U19s FT 2-1.

Liverpool striker Jordon Ibe, who scored a hat-trick in that match, raced past Scotland left-back Stephen Hendrie early on and crossed to Norwich winger Josh Murphy, who blazed over the bar.

The livewire Ibe was again involved when Chelsea defender Ola Aina played him in on the quarter-hour but his low shot was saved by Scotland goalkeeper Ryan Fulton.

Can people quit their yappin' about Lallana supposed price tage, 30 million is nice "click bait" number, nothing else. Like 40m for Lallana and Clyne.

Lallana, whilst I have concerns over his stamina, will be a very good signing. Excellent work rate and quality on the ball - can only be a good thing. Also sets a marker for the rest of the summer.

Having Henderson, Sturridge and Lallana.

Not bad at all.

Edit - Just seen the price quoted as 30 million. Would assume that is 20 million up front with add ons...

That would be Liverpool keeper Ryan Fulton? Just turned 18 himself, seems like a good keeper...

Ibe can be a mainstay of the England U19s/U20s, with either some games for us or on loan, and come through a very similar path to Sterling, maybe bypassing U21 to an extent...
