For anyone that missed it BTW.

Wild Zaha booed off by home fans yesterday when he was substituted. Has been poison for Cardiff...stories continue emerge he's a slack trainer and attitude believing his own hype.

Most likely gone in the summer..incredible bow these young players....seemingly mostly Brits...can have such a horrible attitude to squander such a chance. Would have given anything to get a chance at that level.

    Antoni Zubizaretta.

"Reus wanted to sign for Barca because he felt that the Blaugrana team was the "perfect scenario" to develop his best footballing virtues. Now, however, the situation has turned around 180 degrees."

That's off the table now,Reus is open to a move but Barca are out of the equation.

is this based off the transfer ban or has he discovered something about them

Unless he changes his attitude he will never be a Premier League player nevermind a United one.

This was said before the ban.If it means not watching a ball sailing into the crowd (Young) or being smashed off the fullback's shins (Valencia),I'd take him.

my guess it was the speed they reached in one game at one point rather than an average over 10 or 20 games

Just goes to show that fans should be more patient with Moyes. There was a LOT of people giving him stick for not playing Zaha. He obviously saw in pre-season that the lad had a bad attitude and quickly froze him out.

The way I feel about Zaha is the same way I feel about Scott Sinclair, he started buying into the hype created by the papers about him.
I think 4 or 5 years down the line with the right manager, he could be something special, Id take him at Villa tbh, let him try act the bollocks with PL

I was annoyed too. I feel sorry for him in a way; gets a big transfer move to work under Fergie, arrives to find the manager who signed him is gone, a new manager comes in who plays horribly out-of-form players again and again, and then gets loaned out to a no-hope team after months of nothing.

Not saying it excuses the apparent attitude, but there's two ways things go when a player is treated like that; either they put head down and fight through it, or they just give up :/

    So it's Moyes' fault? :rolleyes::mad::confused::eek::mad::rolleyes:

No but this isn't born out of thin air, same with Hernandez clearly being unhappy. When you see Val and Young ****ting it up every week after bad can you blame them for being frustrated at a lack of opportunities?

Zaha acting the moron has nothing to do with Moyes. He's gone to Cardiff and acted the same under Ole.

Do you see Nick Powell acting like this??

And Hernandez is like an good player; frustrated that he's not in the starting eleven. He's remained a class act, though.

David Moyes is the manager of our club. He's had a tough time, and that's when supporters are supposed to show their support more than ever!

As I said, it can have two outcomes. Zaha is an example of one. Powell is the example of the other. Not defending Zaha's attitude. Just saying I can see where it comes from.

Zaha's attitude was not cultivated by David Moyes. Go look for a different stick to beat him with.

I think that stat is from a game against Liverpool, can't remember if last season or the season before. He ran basically the length of the pitch in about 6 seconds or something like that if memory serves me correctly.

You weren't alone - there were plenty fuming that he didn't 'get a chance'. (A little) credit where it's due to Moyes for that judgement maybe.

Does any one see any similarities between rodgers spell so far at Liverpool and how Moyes' is going?

Yes. Terrible start. Fans having a pop at him. Seems to turn it around as the season draws to a conclusion.

Utd to finish top 4 is 40/1, having a little nibble at those prices.

Its a big outside chance, for it to have any hope it assumes Everton's tougher run comes back to bite them (obviously includes a far from certain Utd win in Goodison), Spurs continue to be Spurs and then needs Arsenal to drop a minimum of 4 points before the last game of the season. As long as there is a chance on that last day then who knows, especially with 3 away fixtures in there on that day

    Arsenal Everton Utd Spurs
    Sunderland (h)
    Sunderland (a) West Brom (a)
West Ham (h) Crystal Palace (h)
    Hull (a) Utd (h) Everton (a) Fulham (h)
    Newcastle (h) Southampton (a) Norwich (h) Stoke (a)
West Brom (h) Man City (h) Sunderland (h) West Ham (a)
    Hull (h)
    Norwich (a) Hull (a) Southampton (a) Villa (h)

Not saying its a definite by any means, far from it in fact. But Arsenal and Everton both play twice before Utd play again. If they drop any points in these games and Utd beat Everton things will look a lot closer

Win all five and it will be squeaky on the last day.
