Have we ever had a more useless ineffective central midfielder as Feillaini? My neck hurts this morning from shaking it watching him yesterday. He is not a Manchester United player and is not even related to a midfielder. Maybe if he played him up top and slung balls up to him like Wimbledon used to do you mighty get something off him.

Fellaini for me is the type of player at the polar end of what Fergie tried to build and leave system wise.

He is slow, sloppy and has a heavy touch.
Great strength and good in a team that need a target man - Everton did. Utd don't !

The ball won't ever be recycled quickly out of midfield with that type of player.
Sure you's shipped out a player like Berbatov cause a quicker tempo'd type of play was sought.

Fellaini won't give you's that required urgency from midfield.

Disagree with most of this. Berbatov was shipped out because of players like Welbeck and Chicha, he was surplus to requirements.

I thought Fellaini did okay yesterday.

Lol you must think I care. The majority of the people who "despise" me and go around licking the arse of anyone who insults me are just kids who haven't a clue what they're talking about. The same two or three people who don't like what I have to say continue to follow me around this thread making digs...it's laughable.

This whole thread is a little clique, mostly filled with people that think they're man Utd supporters but they're actually just arm chair experts who have probably never been near the stretford end. I'm not here to make friends, im here to talk about man utd. People hate to be proven wrong so that probably explains why they hate what I say so much.

Oh look, people who disagree with you haven't a clue what they're talking about, great retort there:rolleyes:

I highly doubt you've ever been anywhere near the Stretford end, how many matches is it you've been at again?

I think we all know that Moyes will be gone soon and as embarrassing as it will be for him, he will definitely go on to have success at a smaller club.

The fact is, he wasn't even sure himself if he was up to the job. He tried to remain too loyal to ex fergie players and also systems of football that are supposedly associated with Man Utd. He will definitely do well with his own style elsewhere, and I wish him all the best with that.

His relationship with Manchester United is over though, and the motions that he is going through are damaging the club more and more each day.

Do you really want to get into this? You're one of those that spends their time stalking me, and it's getting a little embarrassing at this stage.

But listen, if you want evidence of all the Man Utd games that I have been to, please drop me a PM and we'll continue this there. But with regards to this thread, grow the fuck up.

I don't like people saying Wednesday is huge.

Olympiakos are relatively rubbish so beating them by a few goals at OT wouldn't be a huge achievement. Besides, deciding the manager's future on the outcome of one game is silly.

He should be sacked irregardless of the result on Wednesday.

What you think should happen and what might actually happen are two different things! Maybe he might get sacked Wed night!

I find it hilarious that you think people are stalking you, the fact is your posts are easily spotted without even looking at your username, the same drivel every week, please respond with "you haven't a clue"

How many games was that again, 289 was it?

I read your posts and they all translate to something along the lines of this...

"Look at me, I'm the bad boy of the thread, everybody hates me and I don't care because I know everything and they know nothing"

Newsflash - Nobody cares about what you say nearly as much as they do in your head.

I originally thought Moyes must be given time, but over January started to think maybe he's not the man.
Olympiakos was the final straw for me, a complete shambles.
Yesterday's loss was fully expected really, par for the couerse this season.

    Ok, so positives:
Moyes picked an attacking team. He has been criticised for being very cautious against the bigger teams, hoping to snatch a draw etc. as though it was Everton he was still managing.
With the players they have, United should of course be aiming to beat Liverpool at home.

    Negatives:
Well, too many to mention them all. Liverpool just looked faster and more up for the game, seemed to run rings around them.
Mata continues to be very poor, regardless of the managers, for 37 million he should be better.
    Slow to make substitutions.
Serious decline of some players, Van Persie, Carrick, Vidic, Evra etc. Can't all be down the aging, manager isn't getting the best out of them. He's not even getting the best out of his own signings.
Don't forget that Fellaini was excellent at Everton, similarly Mata at Chelsea.
Jones at centre back was worrying. The team could have conceded 5/6 penallties, something seriously wrong there, you're supposed to be careful in the penalty box.
Januzaj perhaps needs a rest, or perhaps he is just better suited to being a winger.

We keep setting these limits and goals.
Give him the transfer window. Give him till Rooney & RVP & Mata are playing together. Give him the league cup. Give him the FA Cup. Give him the first CL knockout game. Give him the Pool match.

Now it's give him the second leg of the CL Knockout game. Then it'll be give him the City game. Then it'll be give him the end of the season. Give him the transfer window. Give him till Xmas to work with the new players.

At some stage, we've got to stop pushing those limits on and on, stop kicking the ball down the road. The fact we have to keep lowering expectations is a sign he's not the right man for the job :(

OK, so Olympiakos up next, game that they must win by 2 goals.
    What team should we pick?

Given that yesterday was in theory the strongest team, the only change I'd make would be take Januzaj out of the team and give him a rest. Mata is cup-tied.
So bring in Welbeck and Kagawa for those two.

I'd almost consider bring in Fletcher to replace Fellaini, but I think I'd leave Fellaini there for the moment.

    De Gea
    Rafael Jones Vidic Evra
    Fellaini Carrick
    Welbeck Rooney Kagawa
    Van Persie

The only thing laughable or embarrassing is your posts. Just read the one I quoted and think it was posted on a football thread. You come across as a drama queen rather than a football fan. This comes to mind :

Lucas leiva who came on in the 86th minute completed more passes than the entire united team managed in the whole game!

David Moyes has to go , I can't even believe that people still have any sort of belief in his abilities. Anyone who has looked at everton and the way they played under moyes wouldn't be that surprised by what's now going on at man utd. While he was at everton they were mainly a long ball team who liked a target man up top, before they played fellaini to win the flick ons they played cahill. They never scored that many goals, were never an offensive team , never had much width and were a cautious outfit under moyes. very few managers in premier league history have copied or found a way to play the way ferguson did, 4-4-1-1, many have tried, few if any have succeeded. Its risky it leaves gaps at the back , You have to ask the question why did they buy fellaini, and mata, when both are at their best in different styles and positions to what man utd play. mata cant play out wide, fellaini is only effective up front as the target man, both players yesterday were fishes out of water, when the team is this bad, , and against their arch enemy, you have to change the manager. He has proved that at this level he is tactically out of his depth.
Like each one of us that watched that match could easily see that after a couple of minutes that the tactics weren't working and the only change he basically made for nearly 60 minutes was swapping Jan with Mata. I have enough of give him time lark, he has done NOTING to persuade us to give him the time.... If anything I cringe at what he would do with the apparent 200m war chest that he has. The club need to replace him NOW , the board would not need someone as close in quality as possible to Ferguson, just someone better or more modern than Moyes. The current reality is this: Any more modern coach would play better football, while results can't get worse.
    #KloppIN

    One more thing !!

TAKE THAT BLOODY CHOSEN ONE BANNER DOWN !!!!!
