Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Just got banned from paddy power

    Months ago I closed my paddy power account. Self exclusion. Then I set up a new one. A few months went by without them noticing and yesterday I won €300 and had €100 on my balance. I can't get into my account and I've been told the €300 I withdrew to the card I may not receive. Anyone else ever been in this situation? I'm down €400 when really I should have it

    Said I my not get the money I won. Only what I put in. They let me go months like this and the day I had a huge win they cut me off.

    by self exclusion do you mean you clicked the gambling aware section and banned yourself?

    if so they probably have you on the small print. it sucks but pp are complete **** when it comes to customer service so dont expect much.

    obviously they cannot or will not allow anyone to put even the slightest dent in their profit margin.

    Couple of questions.

    You closed your account, did you then ask to be excluded and no longer able to bet with them or did you self exclude and then close the account?
    Did they reply back to you and confirm you were self excluded from gambling with them.
    When you opened a new account, did you open up with changed details (email, dob, address) or open it up with the original details?

    Did anyone from PP send a mail/ask about your exclusion?
    Up to the day before you won, were you up or down?

    hi this recently happened to me, i had a bet in running and a withdrawal in process and they said all bets stand as is and they honored my withdrawal and the bet winnings. they then closed my account.
