hardly fair ... what a bout teams with small grounds / low income ( AZ , Pompey, West brom, ....) that might struggle to compete in a division after getting promoted? they could go down 2-3 seasons later. or if a promoted team gets 2 relegations back to back? what if a you take over a team 15 games in and they are bottom, you loose out on survival on Goal Differnence ... loose the job?

    + it's un enforceable

Dont like the idea personally ....

Its enforceable, its part of the GW setup that can be altered....

the proposal people are talking about is differnent scenario's get handle differntly ... look, I refer back to my post previous to this ... I'd have no further interest in this GW if I was forced to leave Porto.

I just read back, I'm neither opposed nor for it mate, just wanted to.clarify that IF this was a road we were going down that it is possible to enforce this...

I'm neither for nor against it, I see the merits of both sides, yes it would liven things up but of I got promoted (yeah right!!!!!) And then relegated I'd be in the same boat as yoy, I'd leave too

But other hand, it would free up some big teams.....

Im not sure on this one

I highly doubt you get sacked for just getting relegated, seems to be some misinformation going on here

    *prove me wrong if not*

At the moment you don't, but it CAN be changed in the rules!!

No what I'm saying is I doubt when it's turned on relegation will get you sacked alone.

I'd like to think chairman expectations, squad average and the like are used, not just automatic sacking for whoever gets relegated as it's made out to be here

No, I think the rule is just "Relegation = sacking".

According to the site, the rule can be adjusted...

    Manager sacked if they finish in bottom: - You can choose either 1, 2 or 3. These managers will be sacked and the club will be available again;

No mate, you can set in the GW paramaters for bottom 3 or 2 or 1 to be sacked regardless of expectation.

Maybe if the bottom team lost their manager. Just that one team.

It's stupid if it's just automatic sacking if you get relegated, thought it would be more complicated.

    Doesn't get my vote.

I reckon if this was put to a vote it would be comprehensively shot down, id probably vote in favour of it just to spice things up but no chance it would be put through

Willow Murphy steered Ireland to victory against South Africa.
Ireland beat South Africa 4 - 0 in their SMFA World Cup Qualifiers Group 5 fixture.
Hoolahan was impressive and scored a hat-trick, later being voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Mcclean was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Yeah baby!! Top of the group. Okay, it is only after two games, but still!! :D:D:D
