    Todor NEDELEV has completed his move to Estudiantes from Furth for 705,000 plus Ribeiro AIRTON and Gyasi ZARDES . All other offers were turned down.

    Also got this lad :
    Stefan MEDINA has completed his move to Estudiantes from Atlético Nacional for 2,580,000 plus Carlos CARBONERO



    I also have a bid accepted on another fellow who I shall name tomorrow, just in case something happens in the mean time. Excluding the two examples above, I'm not having a great time with externals. :D:D:P

    i think Benfica quit and reapplied for some reason (according to the waiting list fourm) i thought he'd the best offer so it payed not to pull out early........ ;)

    well if it's one of the only 3 bids accepted after midnight and the only Estudiantes bid accepted that i saw then i know who it is. :cool:

    I learned from one of the Gold Championships i was in where when all bids got accepted i had the 3rd best offer on Damiao, then the bid in second withdrew and when it came to completing the deal .... The top bidder had run out of funds so i got Damiao for face value :cool:

    Moral of the story, unless i've no interest in winning bidding on a player ... Never withdraw a bid!!

    Tommy Cahir earned a draw with Málaga CF against Barcelona.
    The match ended 1 - 1 between Málaga CF and Barcelona in their Friendly fixture.
    Beñat was on the scoresheet for his side.

    Pretty happy with that result especially as it was pretty strong team from Barca.

    Clean sheet is a good thing I suppose ...

    Sir Bobby 'Redknapp' Robson earned a draw with FC Porto against ACF Fiorentina.
    The match ended 0 - 0 between FC Porto and ACF Fiorentina in their Friendly fixture.
    Guaita had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.
