    A lot of people pronounce it that way, suppose it depends on where you come from, same as accents, some counties , I find hard to understand

    Guards were dipping tanks yesterday evening on one of the main roads to the local mart. Couple of cattle lorries parked up there today:rolleyes:

    Oh yeah, kids were talking over it. That's the fella from Mayo I think, was in the papers, lost 28 sheep to the storm, silage too. Bad way to go.

    ye saw local catle dealer buying white diesel at shop for his lorry a few weeks ago and was shocked

    Yes barley. It was back in august now.

    They are fair handy for feeding in front of slatted shed, just land a bale between two pens and leave it out about a foot with only one or two twines taken off, very little is dragged in then. Leave half a bale of silage either side then.

    how do you get rid of the smell of silage off your hands? already use toothpaste but l notice after an hour the smell comes back :/

    Wear gloves, prevention is better than cure

    Dettol or similar works as well
