Happened to my eldest in 4th class. Teacher, principle and school did feck all to control it and kept telling me that they had it under control. After one particularly bad incident (assault) I sorted it out myself by visiting the parents of both the lads that were bullying him. Both the mammies were in tears as they claimed that their little Johnnys would never do such a thing.
What annoyed me even more was the principle approached me a few days later and had a go at me for approaching the parents. I told him to go fúck himself. Enrolled the young lad in Boxing and TKD classes a few weeks later and he never had any problems after that.

I approached one of the mothers who I mistakenly thought was a sound sort. Got politely told to go F myself, said our lad was involved in an "incident". I questioned out lad about it who said he had nothing to do with it. Went to the school the following morning who investigated it and confirmed what our lad said. So, added to everything else there's stuff being done by other kids which he is getting blamed for.

my mother was a teacher, she had always drummed in to us not to say " my child would never do that" as anything is possible. The bully in our case the mother knew exactly what he was like but said "its very hard to give out to him", anyway you reap what you sow

A suggestion - 1. keep a diary of incidents, 2. keep a record of when and who you spoke to (teacher, principle etc), 3. write a letter to the principle detailing your concerns/complaint and c.c. the board of management, obviously forward a copy to the chairman of the board of management.
I find that the written word has the ability of making people react in a way that they don't do when it is just a verbal conversation/complaint. If you do choose to send a letter get someone who is not emotionally involved to proof read it before you send it.

Livid with temper here, young lad is being picked on and had his spare shoes robbed at school today. Principal as helpful as tits on a bull, zero discipline in that school.

Straight over to the f1uckers house that did that to him and have it out with the parents take no sh1te from them, its their fault if u ask me that there little s1hite of a son is the way he is.

This is correct we had this situation and I told my lad that the only way was to bully back but only the lads that were at him. He eventually plastered the ring leader with a box. The lot of them disappeared after the fight. I was talking to my youing lad a couple of days after and he said that he was thinking of going after some one else I asked him why and he said because thats what the others would have done I told him to stand up for himself and stop at that. I told him I wouldnt accept him bulling anyone.

Paid 400quid with the vat for 2 24inch tires for the landini about a year ago now, I think they were sitting in the salesmans shed for a while or something and were going cheap, at least he told me I was getting a great deal :P
