I often tell myself I must try a Michellin Star restaurant. I know a few people that did and said it was worth it for the occasion.
Would the Sea Bass be farmed in France? All the stuff here in restaurants is farmed.

It's not that long ago the Monkfish were discards, now they're up there with the most expensive.
Wild Bass is the nicest fish I've ever had.

Was doing a bit of welding today on the oul muck spreader and every time I put a new rod in I got the mother of all shocks. what's going on with the welder? Put the sleeve of my overalls on the rod then and didn't get a shock

Check the casing of your welder with a multi-meter for stray current. Check the casing of the welder by tapping the rod against it, in case a wire is touching internally. You should not be able to strike an arc against the actual welder casing. Check the plug. Check the wire from the mains plug to the welder for damage.
Have you a cut on your hand? even a tiny one will leave you susceptible to shock. What kind of footwear had you on, leather soles? Everything is damp at the moment and even a build up of cob-webs, dead flies etc. in plugs and welder bodies can cause voltage leakage.

I think after the first shock ya should have found another way of testing it
