Forgot all my college education and can't rember how to work out how many m3 of slurry is in a tank. I need 640m3 for 120 cows for 16 weeks. If I put up a 150ft x 12 x 10 how do I work out how much m3 is in it.
Alternatively how can I work out a tank that holds 640m3 in different shapes?

A cubic meter equals the cubic feet capacity divided by 35.315

46m X 3.65m X 3m = ~500m3 you have to allow for freeboard of 200mm so knock off around 30m3 of that figure. you need a much bigger tank

You ain't the only one, if I see the start of something I have to finish it unless it's terrible stuff. Have to plan the evening out so that I'm not up half the night. God bless sky plus

Got a luad of straw here yesterday. Nothing in the bales. Takes 1.5 bales to bed where it only took one of our own out of a krone. Shouldn't have listened to the father and insisted in buying big squares instead

Don't think I'll ever buy rounds ever again after getting big squares this year, bit more akward but manageable all the same
