Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Tablet repair (headphone socket)

    My sons Eken W70 Tablet headphone jack is not working,it seems to have come loose,
    you can wiggle it about when its plug in, its out of warranty,
    as any one taken a Tablet apart, like to see if could be fixed,no obvious screws or anything to see how you get started.

    Probably just needs the socket to be re-soldered to the board. Any decent electronics repair shop should be able to do it.
