My employer (based in Citywest, Dublin 24) is looking for a web developer. This would suit someone with around 2+ years experience, and with a good bit of front-end scripting experience (JQuery or similar) and server-side scripting. Not looking for a web designer, but someone who can code for both the client and server.

There's a fair bit of variety in the work - the developer would be working on add-on components for the product; not the core product itself; so this may not suit someone looking for more of a software engineering role. There's a fair bit of freedom in the role to try out and use the latest scripting libraries.

PM me for more details. I do not get any commission for referrals.

    Hi,

I have previously worked in Luxembourg and know many people over there. I know the MD of a company there who has touched base with me specifically to identify English speaking accountants who would be keen/interested in moving there to work. The company is run by Irish management and its focus is on US/Canadian clients (hence the need for Anglophone rather than Francophone employees).

If anyone is interested in a change of scenery or to try something new, please pm me for further detail. It's a great place to work and the travel opportunities in that part of Europe are great. There is a well established network of Irish people in Luxembourg with GAA club and rugby clubs etc...all there. Like everything in life, there are pro's and con's and rather than waste anyone's time, if you are interested, please drop me a line and I can provide further details.

The role detailed below is for an accountant but the company is taking on people of all levels and I stress this is due to healthy growth rather than any other reason.

Graduates more than welcome to apply for trainee roles also.

Handle day-to-day operations of client companies
Liaising with clients, auditors, banks etc.
Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts
Administration and preparation of financial statements as well as consolidated accounts
    Preparation of management reporting
    Preparation of corporate tax returns
Preparation of corporate/legal documents (Annual General Meetings, Board Meetings included)
You will report to a senior accountant / manager

    Your skills:

Minimum BAC+2 or equivalent in accounting, finance or economics
Minimum two years professional experience in accounting ideally in domiciliation of companies, fiduciary, PSF, audit
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (preferably BOB)
    Strong organizational skills
    Flexibility, pro-activity
Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment

Dropbox are hiring for a new office in Dublin.

They're looking for college graduates for mostly multi-lingual positions in their User Ops (customer support) and Sales & Account Management teams. These positions require at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

They also have the Dropbox Associate Program; this is for graduates with no experience, it actually has a limit of at the most 2 years experience. You also get to go on a trip to their head office in San Francisco as part of this program.

The languages they're looking for are: German, Latin American Spanish, European Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and English.

Having more than one of these languages would be a huge advantage. There are no language requirements for the Associate Program but again it would be an advantage.

You can see the full list of jobs / languages here: http://www.jobcoconut.com/company/jobs/508/Dropbox

    Hi all

There are a couple of jobs going here... this is a really big opportunity. Please tell your friends who are looking for work.

Teleperformance are one of the biggest companies in the world. (Don't worry, you're not the only one who hasn't heard of them). Their visa processing division is opening an office in Ireland. I used to be a manager at their HQ in Beijing so I know them very well. The Director of European Operations is my friend. He's a good guy, so working in the Dublin office should be a positive experience.

The company is growing so fast (100+ new offices this year), so getting your foot in the door at the very beginning is a great opportunity. I can't stress this enough. If you are aggressive and ambitious you can go very far in this company.

You can see the vacancies here: http://www.dublinjobs.ie/main/index/1/advanced/0/0/date/all/0/0/20/0/0/0/0/0/0/Teleperformance%20Contact

I will describe them in a bit more detail here.

You will either be an agent or a supervisor.
Your job is to check people's visa (tourist visa, etc.) applications and send them to the embassy. You are working on behalf of the embassy. It's an official relationship with the embassy. In a nutshell, the embassy has outsourced their visa application section.

They are full-time positions and suit school leavers as well as graduates.

Salary is currently being worked out, but it is competitive and there is a really good bonus scheme.

If you are interested I recommend you apply ASAP (today, tomorrow) as they want to hire people soon.

EDIT: Apparently the link doesn't work on mobile. Just go to dublinjobs.ie and search for "teleperformance".
