    De boer had it as a souvenir from his Rangers days

    But on a serious note, it's a sectarian banner so UEFA should take action. Has no place in sport

    Our passing is awful, Ajax don't look great but unless we can string a few passes together it'll be another missed opportunity

    Need to get a hold of this game ad stop conceding frees in dangerous areas.

    The frees conceded by Samaras and Commons were just stupid.

    Commons has been off the pace so far.

    As far as away games in Europe go, it's not that bad of a start for us.

    Need to get some ball out to Samaras and Forrest, they've been very quiet so far.

    Sure is, dreadful stuff so far. Giving the ball away far too easily, and also relying too much on Forster to mop up, and when he kicks it up the park, it goes to an Ajax player 9 times out of 10.

    Commons not on form so far, looks a shadow of himself at the moment.

    We'd be better off playing with 10 than having Commons at the moment, every single touch has been poor.

    On the plus side our defense has been strong, especially as Ajax are getting plenty men forward.

    Mulgrew & Kayal are not doing enough in midfield when we have the ball, need to find & create more space for passes

    We're making this side look like Barca, that's what worries me. We should be at least stringing better passes together and pressing them a bit more.

    Referee is too quick to bring out the yellow card with alot of these fouls tbh

    I don't think they've been that threatening so far! We are reasonably comfortable as Davie Provan just said there.
