Ye have some patients , if I'm feeding the boys anymore the plates are left on the table and there is to be no talking until its finished , if its not finished they can wait until breakfast . The mom on the other hand had to sweet talk them into eating a fine roast beef dinner this evening ! They will fairly walk all over you if they are let

My dad used to have a fit when we wouldn't eat saying how they'd be glad of anything they could get, pig's head and old boiled hens. Part of his routine about walking to school barefoot in the snow etc, etc. Should see his face now when I give him pasta and cos cos or basically anything that doesn't contain spuds. I have to remind him of what he used to say to us.

When I was young at home, I used to get ranted at about the TV volume, that "It'd go out over my head" to the island across the bay.

Funny when the parents hearing started going like, how I remembered............. :D

He'll eat what he gets and be grateful! And he's not going out to play till it's finished.
