High branch and a short rope. One little girl was only 6. When I think about it I think about my 5 year old daughter. I really hope the girls and the parents get all the help and support that they need to get over this.

I know its probably a conversation for some other forum but would the likes of a burdizzo or banding not sort out a lot of these guys problems. any lad convicted gets it, no problems afterwards. it would be a great deterent too.
I know human rights activists would probably go mad, but who in their right mind could argue with it when it comes to children.

It wouldnt go far enough IMO, what benefit are these people to society if allegations are true. I would be seeking a terminal solution

    Which fool rang the guards?

They had the ba$tards, all the guards were needed for was to assist the coroner later on.

for once it was a pitty guards arrived quickly.

    From the indo

A source added: "The prompt arrival of the gardai may have saved the accused man from being seriously assaulted, because understandably, people were horrified at what had happened and tempers were running high."

Seems this individual was only released for prison

Fact of it is, there isn't a punishment fit for that crime.

Knock them on the head and be done with them.

Sometimes I think the same. Other times I'd say lock up for life without the chance of parole. ....leave them be sum boyos bitch in prison
I have a daughter and this crime gives me a such a gut wrenching feeling.

last year a neighbour was broken into, he held on to the robber until the guards came, my neighbour is a kick boxing champ and i would say the robber was delighted to see the guards:) wasnt there 3 guys involved and if one of them is not long out was he in for something similar before?

I just hope those girls lives aren't destroyed for ever. God only knows how what was done to them will affect them in the future.

You know, if a dog attacked a child they'd be put down. Yet these animals still have some sort of right to be left alive.

    Indeed.
Reminds me of an auld fella I used to service a machine for. Few likely lads started knocking in his door one night.
He shouted a warning that he had a gun and the first man through the door would get it. True to his word, first fella in got half dozen grains in each leg.

I asked him what did the guards say when they arrived.
"nothing, they gave yer man a kicking before calling the ambulance. "

    He had no further visitors.

thats the worst about it, their lives are ruined for ever, how do you ever get over that,

the culprits will serve a few years in a prison with a TV and laugh about it and be back out in no time

I dont believe in the death penalty but when someone harms a child then there has to be a painful punishment handed out

And the taxpayers of the country have to foot the bill to keep those scum in jail for the rest of their lives.

Give them a trial if found guilty line them up and give them the bullet

I'm a bit mad on that one:rolleyes:. If the relations of those girls had killed the three responsible in that house on Sat evening I wouldn't even investigate it but I still would be anti the death penalty.

bring back the chain gang, put them out working the roads and streets with a big sign saying these are the scum who abuse children, turn a blind eye to whatever was done to them and then back in to a 4x 4 room for the night (with a suck calf latched on)

In fairness I would be against it too.
But I would e all for an extremely low standard of prison for such offenders. Prison needs to be a really scarey place, so awful that these sickos have no comforts. And so bad that criminals really, really, really never want to go back.
I'm thinking slatted shed and feed them in troughs. No flat screens nor xboxes in bbam's new prison.
Imagine they have spent millions installing toilets in the joy as the idea of slopping out is "inhumaine". They weren't thinking humane when they did the crime, just look at some of the crimes against elderly in their homes, beaten and murdered, tortured and abused. Priorities are all wrong.

Why are you in the tax office. You just need to get the RF100 form stamped in a garda station. That states that X machine has been off the road for Y period upto today. You can go in next week and tax X machine with your RF100 form from today or whatever day before today you said it was off the road for. It'll cost you the same amount.

Is the rf100 not gone from after today though?

Yes as is any chance to declare X machine "hasn't even seen a road in the distance for the past 10 years". After today you will have to declare in advance thatX machine will be off the road for the next 3/12 months and if you are caught with it on the road in that period you are liable to 4k fine. I assume you want to declare that some machine you own has been off the road? If so you need your local garda station. You can tax it later on or declare the machine off the road.
