Move from Basic Linux to Medius

I want to move all (not that much really) my stuff (domains, hosting, email) to a Medius package. Is there any magic wand to do this? /crosses fingers. Or is it a case of backup and take account notes, purchase, manual move and upload/input to new space. Missing anything? Downtime, transfer time of email in particular...…

How are existing domains handled? I believe these are on the newer system.
