Retaining possession will see Elfsborg chasing after us for the ball and tiring themsleves out. Seems its a tactic ploy by Lennon to not even try to pass it around the back much for fear of stray passes on that surface.

Nailbiting stuff at times given what's at stake. Ambrose would put years on ya. Samaras looks off his game or can't handle the pitch. Joe Ledley looks like the best chance of getting a goal. All it takes is a poxy goal from them and we'd be in trouble here. Need more from Samaras and Commons or get Stokes on for Samaras if he doesn't get into the game soon after half time.

They are not great at all...but keep getting the ball. Any team get's that much ball will do something. Need to get 5 in midfield and get posession

They actually beat BATE Borisov this season so maybe they are the one to avoid.

The Kazak side on paper would be easiest. Long trip but easiest tie. Away leg first would be good as well.
