    I think the best thing I learned was to announce at the start of the conversation that you were recording it as proof that you had attempted to get the issue resolved. Then say all the relevant things like you had contacted them on such and such a date and was told it would be sorted and it hadn't.
    If getting nowhere demand to speak to their supervisor. Usually they'll be a bit flustered at this stage and will transfer you no bother. May be a bit of a sneaky way to go about doing it but it's always worked for me!

    dried off a few autumn calvers this morning, was dosing them and one of them nearly broke my arm got it caught between her head and the crush gate.... it was really sore all morning and have a whopper of a bruise on it, they have some strength in their heads

    Had one lady the other day, usually very quiet, but she just would not let me put on the nose ring at all, started going utterly mental! I just gave up in the end, and used a pouron instead for her. I didn't manage to give her a bullet, but hopefully she will just lick more from the mineral bucket if she is lacking in anything! Not bloody worth the hassle of a broken arm etc!

    Don't know if it's the best weather for it but they need to be done, plus have no idea what I'm facing as neighbour is 79 so could be as wild as deer.
