I have been away for the last few days - I jus twanna say I am so sorry to hear about your loss TSC! But don't for one second blame yourself or look down on something you did or let anyone even begin to insinuate that you are in anyway a bad owner or didnt love tex! We all know you did, it was a recommendation from a professional, I have received one of them myself for my dog a year back - it is heartbreaking, but it was the right move!

    Again really sorry mate!

Poor thing. What attacked him a bigger dog?

Yeah a giant golden lab, the thing has a bigger head than me, ours is a jack tussle terrier. Got him back from the vets at lunch. No stitches but 2 injections, an anti biotic and €80 bill which I will beat out if the other owner if he doesn't cough it up straight away. This is the second time he attacked our dog and is always going for others as well.

We have a dog in our area that's like that, a collie. Little bastard bit me when the owners asked me to feed it when they were on holiday, and it attacked one of our dogs before as well. My dog (a rottweiler) always looks to kill it whenever she sees it ever since.

Everyone in the area (apart from the owners) agrees, when the collie dies we should have a party, it's that reviled.

There is a boxer in our park and while I dont think he is dangerous, he "hassles" other dogs. he is a big enough dog and can be quite frightening, especially if your own dog gets a fright.

I must figure out who owns him and have words as it is not fair on people who want to walk their dogs on their leads.

I'm surprise the lab did that. They aren't really that kind of breed.

My golden lab got bit by a boxer dog a few months ago. Two big holes in his ear. Blood all over me walking him back home

Yeah people have been saying that all day, but this dog is an aggresive pox. It's the owners I blame.

It has to do with the owners. Not training the dog from right and wrong.

I would be afraid he would attack a child some day.

It was a major factor in the decision with Texas. She was so aggressive, for medical reasons, and I worried about how it would go on.

Dancor, was the lab out on its own or how did it get access to yours?

I'm sorry to hear about your pet, TSC.

As grames says, you can only do what the professionals advise you to do. Hope you feel better.

He ran from his front garden, his owner was with him but didn't have time to react, neither did I. it all happened in literally 5-10 seconds as we were walking past.

Wonder what Liverpool are gonna spend their shiny new pound coin on?

Apparently it's the one Carragher threw at them at Highbury all them years ago!

Am I getting this right? Arsenal offered 40million +£1 because Saurez has a clause where he has to be told about offers over 40million. Very cheeky Arsene.

If he has a buyout clause that low i'd spend the 40m getting somebody Magneto's super powers and then recreate that scene from First Class with Kevin Bacon with the pound coin on numerous people.

BBC saying he wants to talk to Arsenal now...

Thought he felt hounded by the British media!? Also thought he'd set his sights higher than Arsenal.

There's a very serious GAA forum, so serious that they have to close it at 10pm every night and they have to approve all posts. Some guy on the Galway section is doing a Scott Steiner "Big poppa Pump" gimmick on there. If you're reading this and are behind the acc: cheers for the laugh. Can only imagine what some aul lad from Corofin is thinking about "shoutouts to all his freaks".

Gonna go Croker and skip Thurles for the armchair.

Aww Diabhal i'm gutted, that Meehan goal sounded unreal and all(seen it now Batigol stuff).
Its the el clasico of crisps now with Meath (Tayto) up against Tyrone (Hunky Dorys).

Sounds like Galway were unlucky there today. At least they can hold their heads up after looking brutal in the early weeks of the Summer.

The cynicism of Tyrone in the last 15 of that game was horrendous to watch. Not fun to watch.

Great goal but Cork were shocking. Would have made a great Summer if the held on to the 4 point lead.

Feels like christmas eve. Cork v Kilkenny in a knockout hurling match. No better rivalry in gaelic sports!

I dont care if we dont win the all ireland this year, as long as we bate that crowd :D :pac:

The summer will be a bust if we get beaten again tomorrow. Any word of in-fighting or bitching this time round.

I heard nothing much. Feel worried about the game though. Cooney needs to cop on and start producing at senior.
