    pendlays: 5x10 at 50kg, too light
    5x5 weighted pushups 10kg
    Armament: everything, at one stage I was kneeling at the cable machine praying to the triceps Gods for gains.
    bench: pyramid thing to 70x3
    Wide wide wide squats (well wide for me) 3x8x60kg

    I'd like to sotts press 60kg at some point. They're beginning to feel quite good.

    That was tiring enough. Jerk feels a little more consistent, still needs a lot of practice as I'm finding my feet with some of the changes.

    No pull up facilities in garden. Will do them in kiwifit tomorrow. Back squat sneaky single at 130.

    Developing a worrying wrist twinge. Icing it and doing forearm massage. Will have to keep a close eye on it

    Went into Capital Strength for some light exercise. Very very nice.

    tried to do yesterday's session again to see if I magically became recovered.

    Jerked 100, back squatted 115 for 3 doubles.

    Eh, not recovered.

    Had a go of a car buffer. I feel all up to date and current now, brah.

    Front: 110x1, passed out and bailed on 112 (held the breath from when I unracked it. Guess it doesn't work

    Bit of a sulk on the front squats, powers were strong though.

    Yesterday, snatched 90, missed 92.5 a few times, locked it out overhead and got distracted by something shiny on the way back up! 3 doubles at 82.5 few misses here, seemed a bit rusty. Snatch pulls 3x3 @ hundo

    clean pull to above knee+clean+jerk 3x2+2+1 at 70,

    14 hours wandering around at the Leinsters between driving down and wandering around on sat. Broke me brain on sat night, tried to train on sunday, no dice! Today:

    went to the gym, ate ice cream. Decided to do something so the dog would stop licking me:

    I think I attempted 6 sets but had 3 successful ones. had to take some caffeine to get the extra push. One of the misses was below parallel, one clarked and one was way out front.

    Power clean power jerk 3x2+1 at 93, these feel very good. Still not moving me feet, so it's a push jerk #Krozzfitz

    Front squat: up to 113x1, 3kg PB, the old one was the 29th of October 2011, missed 115. At least it's moving again, christ!
