Its a bit annoying as well if you're on an app like Skyscanner and the prices show up in sterling and stuff like that

Managed to get it back to the Irish Play store. Not sure which of the following did the trick but heres what I did

Removed my credit card info from Wallet. Not by just editing to the address back to Ireland but by actually deleting it altogether and then adding it again from scratch using my Irish address. obviously at this point, i had removed all UK delivery addresses too, and changed my Gmail account country back to Ireland

I then downloaded a free app from my desktop, which still was in UK mode. I then bought an app from my desktop (Was gonna buy it anyway). Purchase went through fine, app downloaded to my phone, all good. Lft it for a few minutes, then tried to go to the Play store on my desktop again and it had changed back to the Irish store

I;m not sure if this was necessary but at this stage, I went to the Apps menu in Settings on my nexus, went to the play store, emptied the cache and force stopped it. then went to open the play store and it was the Irish version. not sure if it was the purchase here that did the trick but I suspect it was.

so here is my ordering process

ordered feb 23rd (uk number, parcel motel, tunnel bear)
got email confirmation stating it will ship 2-3 days
feb 27th i emailed them saying it is still pending
they replied saying this is highly unusual, we will get a specialist to look into it
emailed monday 4th asking where is my order
they replied saying a speciliast has now taken over the case and will be in touch with a resolution max 48 hours
march 7th, no email from them
March 8th emailed them again asking for an update
March 11th here I am still with samsung s1 in my hand and no update on my order

I finally succeeded on third attempt on march 5th
it shipped on the 6th got tracking no and all that,
but it still hasnt arrived at pm.

has anyone else had to wait this long after shipping was confirmed?

Patience

You should have it tomorrow I would say. Remember nothing would have moved over the weekend in regards to your delivery.
Check your parcel motel account for updates on the delivery also.
The tracking number google sends you only seems to update as far as Dublin.

On my fourth try now, and it has been received. That's the furthest I've ever gotten. Does anyone know if they can still be cancelled at this stage, or can I get my hopes up?

i wouldnt get excited until its been shipped, my first 2 attempts were cancelled after being received.

My order for the 16gb is still pending after 8 days, when I go to contact Google Commerce the next page does not have an email address etc. its has a heading for devices but underneath is just blank.

How are people managing to contact them?

My replacement order has finally shipped today after ordering on the 22nd Feb

Hopefully I'll have it before the weekend!!

Hi guys would like to say thanks for all the advice on this thread,ordered on the 6th was shipped at 5 on the 7th,used tunnelbear ,pm address,my cc address but pm postcode,on tracking it is showing location birmingham hopefully will come this week

The reason it is blank under devices is because you are accessing it with an Irish ip address. If use Tunnelbear and UK ip address it will give you a number to call.
The number is 0044 800 328 6081.

just got a mail this morning saying my order was cancelled because my visa card is not linked to the address given ( which was the parcel motel address). after two weeks! should i try reorder or has anyone got one they want to sell me?

Sorry to jump in this thread with this question (I've tried my best to read through this thread for a reason) but is there any problems with getting someone in England to buy this for me then send it over?

That would be the ideal solution really. No pot luck on weather your card/address will be accepted or not and no messing with tunnelbear.

If you do try reordering, try putting in your billing address as it should be, just using Parcel Motel's postcode (ie Irish Address, Parcel Motel Postcode). This worked for me.

(Sorry if you've done this already, wasn't sure).

would not surprise me if it was in dublin this evening, mine arrived in belfast yesterday evening and got a text just after 7 this morning to say it was at my local pm

Ye mine is with Parcel Motel now too. Tagged in at Belfast at lunch time. So it will be there tonight or tomorrow morning I guess. About time!

Mine shipped on the 8th too and was checked into Parcel Motel today. Did you check the tracking info on the Parcel Force website? You need to take your tracking number from the google notification and enter it into the UTI website and that will give yo a DIR number that you can enter on the Parcel Force website for improved tracking.

Thanks for that I'll follow that through. I only went as far as clicking the Tracking Number and that info only showed it as being in Dublin.

Did that OK. I wasn't able to get the Tracking Number to be accepted in the UTI system but as a DIR number was shown in the dispatch info I entered that in to the ParcelForce Tracking and it showed up there as having been delivered into ParcelMotel. Went to the PM site and it had suddenly appeared on their system - so it looks like a tomorrow delivery.

Mine says package left depot on the Parcel Motel site after arriving there this morning so I'm hopeful that it might arrive tonight.

Mine still stuck on pending.gave them some stick on the phone today and it has been handed over to specialist in google wallet to see why it is still pending. After 12 days I still have no hope in them fulfilling this order our even getting back to me
