Mine shipped 26th and still showing in Dublin today 28th

I ordered last Thursday(exactly week ago) and is still pending. I don't really know how it works mate...

Where is everyone getting these phones and how does it compare to the Galaxy S3?

I'm not on contract but my S3 has died on me so am looking at all options to be honest. I'm seeing all these threads but no idea where people are getting the phones.

Its now 9 days since I ordered the phone and still no movement as of tonight. After I emailed Google on Tuesday, they said my phone was supposed to ship by today but there's still absolutely no progress with my order. This is a joke, why can't they just let you know straight away, once there's some sort of problem, as clearly there was with mine along time ago..

EDIT: Sent off another email there to see what the new dat for estimated shipping is, low and behold, the automated response is still saying he 28th of February, despite now its March. Great, dunno whats the story with this is now..

Over the last week I've tried the following...

1. Tunnelbear, new UK google a/c, BOI Mastercard with Parcel Motel as billing address. Result: Order cancelled within 24 hours.

2. Tunnelbear, existing Irish Google a/c, UB Visa Debit with Parcel Motel as billing address. Result: Order cancelled within 1 hour.

3. Tunnelbear, another new UK google a/c, Danske Bank Mastercard with actual billing address but Parcel Motel postcode: Result: Order now moved from pre-order to having shipping date of 5 March.

Fingers crossed this one will go through!!!


UPDATE 1 - 01 March - 5pm : Just got an email - order shipped

UPDATE 2 - 01 March - 1:50pm : Ok. So I was talking to one of my buddies about getting the Nexus and he asked if I could order him one also, so I thought I would try one of the cards that I tried to use in one of my first two attempts but the order had been cancelled, however this time rather than using the full Parcel Motel address as the billing address like I had done at the time, I used my actual registered address but put in the Parcel Motel postcode like I had done with the card that worked for me on my third attempt: Result - this new order is now having a shipping date of 7 March.

So as far as I can make out using your actual registered address with the PM postcode seems to have more success than using the full PM address as your billing address.

Was your account suspended on the first two attempts? I thought maybe the reason my second and third attempt were cancelled with increasing speed was that my name was associated with the already suspended accounts.

Did you contact the bank about using the PM billing address for the first two?

The associated google wallet ac was indeed suspended.

No. I did contact the bank before the third attempt but they could not add a second address to the ac.

Third attempt worked for me. Normal address entered as the billing address but with Parcel Motel postcode.

72 hours from ordering to my hand....Delighted!

Put my order in yesterday afternoon. Still no update on the "order received" status which I'm hoping might not be the bad sign I assume it is.

Hi I ordered a nexus 4 on friday night. Used a Irish AIB Visa credit card. Used PM address as shipping and billing. But my order still just says "pre order". Anyone else the same problem? I hoping it just beacause its the weekend and it will go thru tomorrow hopefully.



Just just email to say mine is shipped! Should be with me by wed all going to plan.
