Volume buttons aren't working on mine but not sure if it's a software or hardware problem. Someone else over on XDA has the same problem but it only started on his when he upgraded to 4.2.2.
I'm still waiting on google to get back to me.

I ordered mine 16days ago. Order went to received by google on 16th day and money pending on card. I used Parcel Motel with an English no. Ordered on visa debit. I did not change address for PM in the bank. Used PM address for Card address. Not shipped yet but looking good.

If there's an issue with the order as there clearly is in my case, I can't see why it isn't dealt with straight away. I'm gonna have to email them tonight about it..

Waiting on my replacement to ship, when that comes I've to send the dud back to them.
Ordered it on Friday morning, but hasn't shipped.

I ordered mine the 15th and it's still on pending. I'm going to send them an e-mail now, but when I click "Contact Google Commerce" in my wallet it leads me to a blank page. Anyone have a contact e-mail for them?

How did you contact Google about the problem with your phone?

You need to connect thru an uk proxy to be able to contact them.

Unlucky!

I rang the google play devices helpline 'freephone' UK number.
Being in Ireland, I knew it wouldn't be free for me to call, but I wasn't being stuck with an expensive paperweight.
Cost me over €13 for a 35 minute call

I emailed Google anyway, got a generic response immediately, but there is something encouraging down at the end

Orders are shipped based on the estimate in your order confirmation email. Once an order has been processed you'll receive a second ship confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take 24 hours for the package tracking to return any information for your tracking number.

If you have not received a package tracking number after the time quoted in your order confirmation email, please let us know.

According to our records, your order should ship by the evening of February 28.

Worked for me on second attempt:

1: Method used:
-Tunnelbear
-Parcel Motel
-New Gmail account

The first attempt failed with the new account and they asked me to prove my account with documents with dob/address etc

Do not log in to the account multiple times, as each time will record a new UK address on tunnelbear which might flag the account - this happened to me, just wait a week or so and then check email

2: successful time:

-Tunnelbear
-Parcel Motel
-Existing account/deleted all addresses and added parcel motel

This method worked a charm, 16GB Nexus was shipped after one day of ordering

They send the new one first, when you receive it, you send the broken one back

I got this response when I emailed them and in fairness they shipped when they said they would! Picked mine up this evening!

I go this email but with the 21st instead then emailed asking why it didnt ship go another reply about a specialist is looking into it give 2 days... that was 3 days ago so emailed this morning again and asked why it hasnt been updated and that i know of people that ordered 10 days after me and have confirmed shipping. I understand that some of the people who successfully ordered the Nexus 4 did so using a Irish credit or debit card.

I though it would be a good idea if those who were successful could post the card that they used and if they needed to contact their bank to add the Parcel Motel address to their account.

I tried to use my Bank of Ireland credit card without contacting the bank and it didn't go through. I'm going to try Ulster Bank Visa Debit today.

Google only cares about two things:
1. Shipping adress in the uk.
2. Get their money.

Parcel motel adresses 1.

For 2, typically if you pay with credit card, your bank verifies the linked to the card. So when Google commerce cancels the order the reason is more than likey because your bank rejected the payment for some reason, hence the suspension of your google account.

But if you pay with debit card, banks normally dont perform adress verification, so the payment goes thru and the device is shipped.

I am sure there must be some exceptions to the above, as a general rule, this how I think it works.

I paid with a Visa credit card, didn't bother telling the bank. Order processed first time.

Mine shipped on the 20th Feb. It was in my Parcel Motel on the 23rd Feb.

I used my BOI mastercard. I used Parcel Motel as my billing address. Order went through first time.

Mine is shipped but when I click the tracking number it just says something about transfer manifest arrived? It's like that since yesterday morning, s; was yours like that? Thanks.

No, when I checked Parcel Motel website, it had a status of 'Package left depot' That was after it arrived in Belfast.
Send them an email. They do respond quite quickly.

Got my first two orders canceled and placed a 3rd one 21st Feb which still havn't been canceled, but it only says "pre-ordered" and no other status update... I Hope its going through this time, the previous orders I made got canceled within 1day and this has been up for almost 7days so hopefully I'll get this one through.
Anyone else that ordered last week and still haven't got any update? And yes 16GB version of it.
