Paul Nicholls is doing his yearly questions and answers on twitter at the moment.

Does anyone have a twitter account to ask him what his best chance in the next few days is he usually gives a winner.

And certainly if Derham gets a leg up it should be fairly telling.

How can you be so sure?

I thought the whole plan was for Derham to be used sparingly and make the most of his claim.

Pretty sure I fractured /bruised my ribs at footie the other night. Elbow straight in. Ouch. Played on though and showed no pain, as the leader I couldn't show any emotion. Soldiered on. Tough as nails. Last man standing. Couldn't let the opposing team know I was hurt. I couldn't let me boys down. I picked us up and drove them forward. Hard bastard. Get stuck in or **** off. we won. Midfield maestro. El capitaino. Well done lads. But I'm done. Wounded. Sniper took me out. Tell my story. Let my name live on. Think of me in the good times and the bad. We lived. We played. We conqoured.

Ah Jesus lads I'm sore. I'll tell ya sore, changing gears in the car was painful.

Gonna miss footie for a while. Can't even go for a swim. Will probably put on a stone as I've a heavy month of guinness drinking and late night kebabs ahead. It's a tough life lads. If only everyone could be like me. You won't hear me moaning. Lol

As my grandmother always says, say no to doctors and yes to drugs.

Say a prayer for me. Amen.

Went with a hotel in Galway in the end rather than Kilkenny for the cheltenham week.

Which hotel? You close to the city centre? Huntsman for a bit of grub is good. Bookies right beside it too.

You won't regret it. Make sure to check out the new Mulholland's on prospect hill, and go next door to Gala for a chicken fillet roll. One of the best ones anywhere
