    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2248554/Celtic-sign-Arkadiusz-Milik.html
a £3m signing. Never heard of the lad to be honest, but given it's the same scouting team who have helped build a strong young team then I have high hopes :)

Neil Lennon has pulled off another notable triumph for Celtic by beating a host of top Barclays Premier League clubs to one of Europe's hottest prospects.

Manchester City, Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton and Liverpool have all been on the trail of teenage hot shot Arkadiusz Milik, who is already being hailed as the new Robert Lewandowski in his native Poland.

But Sportsmail can reveal that Celtic have stolen a lead on their English rivals by inviting him to Parkhead to complete a £3million transfer.

On the move: Poland's Milik Arkadiusz is set to join Celtic

Milik, a six-foot left-sided striker who has been likened to fellow-countryman Lewandowski for his finishing and mobility as well as aerial threat, was in Glasgow for a medical today ahead of signing for the Scottish Premier League champions.

It is another significant breakthrough for Lennon, whose stock was already rising after the way he plotted a route through to the Champions' League knock-out stage with a famous win over Barcelona.

First: Celtic manager Neil Lennon has stolen a march with the signing

Though only 18, Gornik Zabrze frontrunner Milik has already broken into the senior Poland side and made his mark with a goal in a 4-1 win over Macedonia.

City and Chelsea were among a pack of Premier League clubs chasing him and hoping to tie up a deal in the January transfer window. But they have been left frustrated after Lennon reacted first to Gornik's vulnerability, with Milik's contract running down, and lodged a bid that was reluctant.

read somewhere he's having a medical with Bayer Levrkeusen

I see Celtic have offered to replace all the gifts stolen from Great Ormond St Hospital, what a fantastic gesture.

That is truly a classy gesture by the club. They are also auctioning off for charity the jersey's worn during the 3-1 win away against Kilmarnock recently.

So we all excited for the draw tomorrow then? There are no easy games, each one tougher than the other.

Terms of preferential draws i'd go for
Malaga (great excuse for a few days away in the sun, but tough one to get tickets for)
Shalke (easy to get to and having recently sacked their manager, might present an opportunity)
PSG (also easy to get to and I feel we could also have a slight chance there)
Dortmund (fear a humping but would love to see Celtic play in that Stadium)
Bayern (was there a few year ago in the old olympic stadium, cracking city and are classed as one of the top club sides in the world for a reason)
Juve ( smaller stadium, tough to get tickets and not the best of cities to chill and enjoy the atmosphere of it all)
Manure (hate the whole 'battle of britain' **** that comes with it, been to Old Trafford a few times and as much as mates say they'd like to play them - all Irish by the way - I think we might be overawed by it.

So any of the top 3 for me please. Who's your fancies??

Juventus for me. We still owe them one in Turin :D

Ideally would prefer to swerve Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund in the draw. I wouldn't fancy our chances v Juve either, but if we can perform like we did v Barca and get a bit of luck on our side we need fear no-one. Man U or PSG for me would be a plum draw.

Personally I am hoping we get Malaga. Obviously everyone of the teams is top quality. But I do think a real warm weather team like Malaga might be very beatable in Glasgow come February. Plus as good as their team is they have no more experience of playing in this type of a game then our young team does. Either way its fun being involved in the draw tomorrow.

Portland Timbers are interested in taking Paddy McCourt, I reckon it would be for the best if he left in January, getting brought on with 2 mins to go in a game does no good either for him or the club.

If you're a Celtic fan, today is the day of the Champions League draw to find out who we get in the last 16.
If you're a newco R*ngers fan, today is Thursday.

Tough but we could have got worse. We have a chance I think. Draw in Turin and nick a 1-0 at home would do nicely :).

Could've been worse, but Juve will be tough. Bring it on, 'mon the Celts.
