Whats going on at Windgates now?

Driving from southern cross to Greystones just now and before you get to the top of Windgates hill down the road to the right there are LOADS of Garda cars with lights on. Thought it was Xmas lights at first as its all blue and red. No noise. Must be 6/7 Garda cars. Any ideas?

There was a fire somewhere around the kennels at windgates, I drove by about 7.30pm and there was a thick covering of smoke. I dont know if it was anything to do with the kennels I'm just using that as a location for where the smoke was.
