Actually it isn't much slower than a 1.9TDi to 60mph. I may have raced one once. :)

That's a real bargain right there. Good find.

1.4 is 60 hp, where 1.9Tdi is 100 hp, quite a difference imho

Nice rare yoke to tip around in, 10 months NCT so if the thing is straight in the flesh and drives well it mightn't be a bad investment for €850....

€610 for me with Liberty online quote just there, or €730 with protected NCB and windscreen cover

Dunno how competitive or otherwise they are though.

I was with Quinn when I priced it. That's a few years ago now though.

Anyone notice the front passenger door definitely being a different colour to the rest of the car?

For €550 you can't be overly picky

We're not exactly in full service history territory here, a door that opens when you want it to, doesn't open when you don't and locks with the other doors is just dandy, especially when there's a few months test.

Yeah you're right, I didn't dispute that though. I merely tried to point it out and see if I was the only one. At least I know now I'm not going mad and seeing things!:D

Its the front side panel that looks at odds compared to the passenger door and everything else imo

103k miles, tested at 97k miles, NCT 'till October, was only up a few hours, I know the Carisma is much maligned around these parts but it seems a very decent bus.

5 months on failed NCT today, frayed brake hose, one rear tyre and a brake imbalance on the front, 33% spec is 30% max, not too bad really.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 5,734 ✭✭✭MidlandsM

I had a carisma diesel in stock once, a grand yoke......well wear.

It's the sisters, I'm driving it this week though as the stat housing broke on the ZT, the Carisma will be sold shortly as she's spending a few quid on a car. They are not a bad little bus at all in fairness.
