    I recently made a trip to Dublin Airport and made sure to pay my toll the following evening at 7:10 precisely - opted for the confirmation e-mail (thank God) and subsequently got a penalty letter two days later.

    Was having a particularly bad day the day I received the penalty and everything seemed to go wrong for me so in a perverse kind of way I was looking forward to ranting at your customer service rep for sending out a penalty notice. Thankfully I discovered before I did so that I made a haimes out of the initial payment by putting in the wrong reg number :o

    Your rep sorted everything out for me in a very professional manner!! So apologies for nearly ranting and thanks a mill for sorting me out:D
