Seen this on airsoft Canada website and thought it might be good to set up a similar topic here. Basically you post pictures of your helmets and a bit of information about them. Thought it was a very handy topic for people starting off airsoft or collecting military items that they use for airsoft. Let's see what everyone has. I'll go first.

My first helmet is a Genuine USGI Pasgt that served in Iraq in 2004. The helmet is in very good condition considering what it's been through.

    Specs:
    -Genuine USGI ACU Helmet cover
-Genuine USGI ACH upgrade pad set & chin strap
    -Genuine USGI NVG mounting plate
    -Genuine USGI NVG retention strap
    -Genuine USGI Rhino arm
    -Genuine USGI Goggle retention straps
-Genuine USGI Cateyes strap with name tape
    -Cheap airsoft goggles

My second helmet is a Genuine USGI ACH MICH. This never left the US and was only used for training. This is the helmet currently used by the US army.

    Specs:
-Genuine USGI ACH ACU Helmet cover with IR patches
    -Genuine USGI NVG mounting plate
    -Genuine USGI NVG retention strap
    -Genuine USGI Rhino arm
    -Genuine USGI Goggle retention straps
-Genuine USGI Cateyes strap with name tape
    -Genuine USGI MS2000 strobe
    -Genuine USGI Nape Pad
-Genuine USGI Surefire HL1-A-TN (only mount shown in pics)
-Genuine USGI ACU US flag patch
-Replica ESS NVG Profile goggles (real ones on the way)
    -Replica J-Arm
    -Replica PVS-14

None of your pics work bud! Maybe even post the URL with the embed in future to avoid these problems!

I've always toyed with the idea of using a helmet ingame. I've smacked my bed off many a branch while running around but always found a simple boonie or cap to be a cheaper and easier option. May be convinced yet, though!

    Bring on the helmets!

I used the embed alrite but done it fro my ipad and it never seems to work with imageshack photos for som reason. Sorted now anyway.

Im a bit of a collector myself hence why i went to the trouble of sourcing all the parts. They may not be ideal for skirmishs but they really dO look the part.

It was never really something I gave much thought to. That and the fact I rarely use one anymore means my setup is pretty basic.

Standerd PASGT helmet (rep) with OD cover and netting. (The netting is an odd one alright, but hey, it works. The loops in the cover itself I find an bit anoying when trying to fit foliage.)

Looks good all the same though. In the pics it looks like a genuine helmet without the cost
